Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a010 (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was trying to reset my HP Pavillion and now all the software are wiped out and PC only have recycle bin . Please, somebody help.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

 

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?

After reinstalling the operating system all your applications and programs will be erased from your computer. If you are looking for desktop icons follow the below steps to get the desktop icons.

 

  • Select the Start  button, and then select Settings  > Personalization > Themes.
  • Under Themes > Related Settings, select Desktop icon settings.
  • Choose the icons you would like to have on your desktop, then select Apply and OK
