UNABLE TOP INSTALL 1005 software

SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING ON MY PC. I AM UNABLE SCAN ANY DOCUMENTS. tHOUGH I HAVE ALREADY INSTALLED THE SOFTWARE DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVER. PLEASE TELL ME SOLUTIONS

Assuming the product in question is the HP LaserJet M1005 Multifunction Printer, here is the support page for that device

Install the software labelled "HP LaserJet M1005 Full Solution".  Follow the instructions presented by the installation program. Connect the USB cable when prompted. 

Here is the user guide providing guidance for each process that the printer can preform.
