Hi:
You need this audio driver for W10:
Tempo High-Definition Audio Driver (Original IDT)
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71717.exe
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
Graphics:
See if the Windows 8.1 graphics driver also works on Windows 10:
NVIDIA Graphics Driver
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64501-65000/sp64947.exe
You may have to manually update the driver from the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter device (click on the Display Adapters device manager category) if the auto install method doesn't work.

You're very welcome.
Yes, the Nvidia graphics driver is what I was hoping would fix the graphics adapter problem.
OK, see if this works...the manual install.
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
If the graphics driver is not installed, there will be a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter device listed there instead of the Nvidia GeForce 730A graphics adapter that should be there.
Try the easier method to manually install the driver.
Click on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter device in the device manager.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option, and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the graphics driver file:
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp64947.
Make sure that the Include Subfolders box is checked and hopefully the driver will install.
If that doesn't work, I will give you the more in-depth method to manually install the driver.
