Your HP Pavilion 31.5 Inch All-In-One Desktop PC 32-B0000i (3N9R3AV) requires a 210-watt power supply, with p/n: N00336-003 "POWER SUPPLY UNIT 210W AiO CDT21 EPA92".
Meaning, if you just want to protect your AIO, a 360/400-watt UPS will do the job, such as this 360-watt UPS Amazon-India purchase example: VERTIV Liebert ITON CX 600VA /360W, 230V UPS, an Effective Power Backup for Home Office, Desktop PC ....

The 210-watt is based on the 210-watt power supply available for an HP Pavilion 31.5 Inch All-In-One Desktop PC 32-b0390in (67T51PA) -see: HP PartSurfer.
Regardless, it's better to have a larger backup UPS capacity than just bare minimum.
