HP Recommended

Just collected my laptop from Currys after not being able to switch it on. It has been used over the last 3 years only a handful of times. Currys completed a factory reset so now switches on and can use the internet. However, I am unable to locate the Product Key which Currys have confirmed I desperately need. I have the original receipt which was purchased from currys brand new.  - please help 🙂

If the product key requested is the Windows 10 key.  It is not needed, as long as the laptop had Windows 10 installed prior.

The tech at Curry's should know that. What is the HP model number?

thanks for the reply. 

Windows 10 was pre installed from factory on laptop . We bought from curry’s as is.

 

the HP model number is 15-da0600na 

 

there are are an array of other codes etched on the base of the laptop if needed
