Hi guys,

My wife has an older HP all in one desktop computer.

We're trying to get it up and running so we can pass it along to my sister.

However, we can't log in.  At all.

We had setup a new account and password for my sister, but that has disappeared and the only logins available are quite old, and we don't have passwords for them.

We don't need to access any information on either of those accounts (everything has been deleted anyway) but we do need to login to actually use the computer?

Any suggestions?

Can't access the HP support at the moment, but happy to call or talk directly to someone if that is an option.

thanks,

Daniel

@Daniel124

Sorry but we have no way to talk with anyone as we are not HP Tech Support.

Also, we have no way to assist with resetting passwords.

For Admin and Windows password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
