Product: Pavilion p6340nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavillion can not update to  Windows 10 version 1903

I have tried everything: DSIM, sfc, Update assistent and even chatsupport from Microsfot, they installed the update with the Image but that also not worked. The microsoft supporter tells me the Pavillion is not compliant with Windows 10, only Windows 7.

But I did a Windows 10 compatibility check before the update from Windows 7 tot Windows 10 and averything was Okay.

My desktop works fine with Windows 10 the last several years.

Do I really have to sell a new desktop because Microsoft has a new Windows 10 release?

Can someone help me?
