Basically -- you DON'T!

 

The Windows version that comes preinstalled on the PC is an HP OEM version and that license belongs to HP, not to you, and is tied to the original motherboard.

 

Since you got rid of the original hardware, you also got rid of the OEM license -- and HP is under no obligation to provide you a second OEM license.

 

So, you will have to purchase your own new Windows license, and HP does not sell OEM license.
