Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (457S2AV)
I bought Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming laptop with Product number - 4N0W7PA.
I ordered this laptop on 07-03-2023 and received it on 09-03-2023. When I tried to check the warranty then it is showing warranty start date as 29-08-2022 and only 8 months of warranty remaining. Even I tried to fill the form for dispute warranty but I am not getting any option.
How is this possible that this laptop has warranty start date of 29-08-2022 if I am purchasing it on 07-03-2023. So this might be an used product.
Please assist me with the same and help me get this resolved
