if you by hp products from any other store and purchase warranty, hp don’t accept your warranty,  hp only gives manufacturer warranty for its own product sales by third party!

I know for a fact that as a general statement. that is NOT true! 

I have bought numerous PCs and other HP equipment over the years -- NONE of them were directly from HP.

The PCs came from Microcenter, from BestBuy, from Walmart, from Computer City, and from CompUSA. This includes three different model laptops and 5 different model desktops -- over a span of 10 years.  On top of that, I've bought 4 different printers, all of them different HP models, and from the same stores mentioned above. And, ALL of these came with full HP warranties and support.

If you are having problems with products bought from a particular store, your issue is with that store, not with HP.
