OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i (236B1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I can get into Windows 11 fine. If I try to boot into the Bios, I get a white screen and nothing happens. I can't see anything. I have to reboot the computer to get back into Windows.

I've tried pulling the CMOS battery and waiting and putting it back in. No luck.

I've tried to run the HP EUFI diagnostics, that apparently is giving a menu but I can't see anything with the white screen.

I've tried holding the power button for 30 seconds to do a shut down and reset, no luck.

No matter what I try, I can't get past the white screen.

HI @SteveHMiller,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Display Connection: Ensure that your monitor is properly connected to your PC, and try using different display cables or ports if possible.

Update BIOS: While you're able to boot into Windows, check if there's a BIOS update available for your Omen 30L. Visit the HP Support website to see if a newer version is available and follow the instructions to update the BIOS from within Windows.

Use External Monitor: If you have access to an external monitor, connect it to your computer and see if it displays the BIOS properly.

Check Graphics Settings: If your computer uses a discrete graphics card, try switching to integrated graphics by changing the settings physically, if applicable, and see if that allows you to view the BIOS.

Perform Hard Reset: You can try a hard reset by turning off the computer, unplugging it, and holding the power button for about 15-30 seconds. Plug it back in and try accessing the BIOS again.

I hope this helps.
