HP G5240de
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

with a fairly old "HP G5240de" Desktop PC Windows 10 was installed and after the installation of some anti-virus software on Friday some services are no longer functioning.

The USB-Keyboard and USB-mounse from HP are directly connected to the USB ports and various combinations on the four ports on the back have been tested.

On bootup I can get into the BIOS okay and use the cursor keys without any problems. Also the optical mouse displays a red light during booting which switches off after a while (during the time windows and the spinning circles are displayed)

When Windows starts it seems to disable the USB-Keyboard and USB-Mouse.

Is there any solution to this problem?
