HP Pavilion Desktop - model 550-103NA White

I bought ait in 2016 and recently have had to do a system restart but unfortunately cannot find any Windows product code on on the unit anywhere where and when trying to do the restart it gets to a certain point and then stops and it's looking for or the product code any suggestions please would be gratefully appreciated

Hi:

 

The Windows product key is in the BIOS.  You shouldn't need it to reinstall W10.

 

Here is a generic W10 Home key you can install for now when it asks, and then after W10 installs, you can change the generic key for the OEM key in your PC's BIOS.

Use the free tool that I zipped up and attached below, that will show you the product key and the version of W10 the key is good for.
