Recently bought a few(30 machines) HP ProDesk 600 G3 Desktop Mini however a couple of them failed during the initial windows setup failed and attempts to run the HP System recovery also failed with the following message being displayed. All the machines have valid hp warranty, however, I am unable to submit the HP support case since the button is greyed out.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi:

You will have to call HP technical support and submit a support case under the warranty.

That failure code indicates the hard drive needs to be replaced.

Thanks for the quick response.

Would I be able to submit each device under a single support case or would I have to make a support case for each device?

You're very welcome.

Since I do not work for or represent HP, you will have to call HP technical support and see what they can do for you.
