Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Have you tried restarting the computer?
  • Are you getting an error code or message?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

  1. Turn off the computer
  2. Unplug all the cables from the back of the computer.
  3. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then release it to drain the flea power
  4. Reconnect all cables back again and turn on the computer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I tried it all:::

This how it started  I reinstalled windows 7 back to factory specs  , As it was finishing up  I had to go to work so I shut it down

and when I fired it up to finish thats when I got the above message

On google they tell you to type some commands in the command prompt  problem is it wont let me get to it in the boot phase

by doing  Shift+ F10

@trry705

  • Are you using HP recovery media to install recovery media?

I would suggest once again try installing the Windows 7 operating system and check.

Keep me posted!
