Hi:

It's possible because there are Windows drivers for it on the support page, but you would have to determine what operating system the PC originally came with.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-t520-flexible-thin-client/6875920

If it didn't come with any, you would have to buy your own windows installation media and license.

Here is the parts list for the product number you posted and as you can see, there were multiple operating system options.

Some models came with no operating system.

Since this is a peer to peer forum, and I don't work for HP, you would have to contact HP customer service in Italy and see if they will send you the operating system that originally came with the PC.

https://www8.hp.com/it/it/contact-hp/contact.html

What I would do if I were you would be this...

Since HP supports that PC for Windows 10, make bootable W10 installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Make the 64 bit installation media.

During the initial stages of the setup, you will be asked what version of W10 you want to install.

For that PC, I would select W10 Pro.

When you get to the part of the installation that asks you to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.

Windows should install but it won't activate.

After you install W10, run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below and see if there is any kind of Windows OEM product key in the BIOS.

If there is, the report will show the key as well as the version of Windows the key is good for.

If there is no installed OEM key, then you are going to have to buy a license for W10.

If there is a key for an older version of Windows, such as windows 8, let me know what version of W8 the key is good for.

For example:  Here is the Showkey Plus report for my PC's OEM Windows key...

OEM Edition: Win 8.1 RTM Professional OEM:DM

You're very welcome.

You mean the hard drive is only 8 GB?

If so, then you are right.

You wouldn't be able to install Windows unless you installed a much larger drive.

Then you know the PC did not come with Windows.

These are the space requirements for the various versions of windows...
