Hello i would like to know some info about the 1903 and 1909 update .

Also is it possible to update a 1607 version to the latest now . Thank You

Skip 1903 and go straight to 1909. Yes, can you can upgrade from your existing version.

Google 'windows 10 iso' and go to the Microsoft page that comes up. If you want to upgrade, then run the installer from your desktop. If you want to wipe your HDD and do a clean install, create a bootable installation USB. You'll have both options when run the stub installer.
