No matter what I do, it won’t turn on. I unplugged the power cable and put it back in and it still didn’t work. I also tried holding down the power button, that didn’t work either.

This may seems "stupid to you", but have you verified power exists at the wall socket.  By-pass any power strip (temporarily). Have you been "inside the case" just prior to this issue?  On the rear of the power supply, is their a green LED?

I haven’t touched anything inside the desktop but when the power cord is plugged in there is a green LED light
