Z240
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Guys, I just erceived a new z240 workstation and cannot find where to disable DEP in the BIOS.  we have 3 z230's and I found it in that bios.  Can anyone help.  Have legacy software that will not install correctly with DEP enabled.

As I understand you were able to disable DEP on your other computers but aren't able to find the system security option on this Z240, 

 

I recommend updating your bios to obtain the option as it should be available at the same location you found on your other computers: click here to download the latest bios.
