hallo , My name is Kristaps , i recently bougt new PC for son so thought using is old one as well , so wen i turned it on ofcorse  son have  just changed every single possible setting for PC so its was so badly  laggy and all so i thougt will use the factory reset thingy wich i did (mause and keyboard was working perfectly), it took a while and everything went okey - before this it took me like 15 minutes to get to Log in screen to enter password , now takes like 1-2 mins(normal time ) but my Keyboard and mause doasnt work anymore !  the mause coursor is not even there 
i tryed to swich all other ports , nothing , lights on keyboards work and mause but dont do anything 😞 
so i went to Bios and keyboard works fine there , 
PC is HP 8000 elite (my family is big fans of HP computers ) , ive read so many posts and tryed to run safe mode , but it doasnt give me the option to do so . and if i press F4 or F5 at start nothing happens 
in bios i also dint find any usb port settings  everything looks okey there , 

i really dont know what to do know cuz i cant log in so cot sure how to fix this ? 

Can anyone help me whit some advice ?
