Hello! a couple of hours there was a problem with the laptop Laptop HP 15.6" 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV). Product 5D647EA Serial number [Personal Information Removed]. everything was fine with the battery - at some point I noticed that the battery is at 7 percent all the time and if I take out the wire, the laptop turns off. Please help me.
