You can find the BIOS updates under the W7 driver section for your PC.
Note that if you update the BIOS beyond v2.28, and you didn't install W10 in EFI mode, the PC will take well over two minutes to restart from a warm boot.
Also since the Windows based flash option to update the BIOS is not supported for W10, use the F10 BIOS Setup Flash method to update the BIOS as that works outside of the Windows environment.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
