keep getting blue screen error tried fixing with windows 10 trouble shooter on and off 3 times then my pc went to auto repair mode from HP did its thing and went away but keep getting blue screen that says :your device ran into a problem and needs to restart .we're just collecting some error info ,and then you can restart.

100% complete 

what failed :iaStorAC.sys

then my desktop restarts then 5-10 minutes later does it all over again 

how can i fix this ?

yes it fixed i think after refreshing event message so hopefully it might quit .

Hi:

 

Looking at your other posts, it appears your PC has an Intel Optane memory chip, correct?

 

If so, my opinion is there is something wrong with the Optane memory.

 

Remove the Optane memory, and see if the error goes away.
