Getting  blue screen  with stop code: BAD-SYSTEM Config Info ,have tried trouble shooting with HP virtual assistant with no luck. Help needed

Welcome to the forum.

Read the article, yes, I know it is for programmers but there are some tips in the "Remarks" section. You can also try the Troubleshoot blue screen errors link at the top of the document.

 

You may have to reinstall Windows if you cannot do a system restore, or get into safe mode, or reset the PC. You will lose data if you reinstall Windows. Look at start safe mode from a black or blank screen at this (Link).

 

You could remove the HDD, connect to a different PC as a data drive, then see if you can save data to the host PC or an external drive.
