Sorry, but have no idea what it is you intend to do.
Each of the PCs boots through its own internal hard drive. If you migrate the laptop drive to a desktop, while that might then boot, it will not work in Windows because the OS will have completely different drivers from the desktop.
So, if your plan is to use the laptop drive for the desktop for any length of time, the answer basically is no.
