ok so i downloaded a optional update on my desktop and now only sometimes will it let me use it regular most of the time it says bios update failed and when i do window + b it says recovery bios failed so i went to download the most recent bios but it says its not up to date with my current one any help please?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the BIOS and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.

Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
