Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

What is the operating system version?

 

What software is telling you the PC needs 14 driver updates?

 

Your PC is about nine years old. HP usually provides driver support for a limited amount of time.

 

You could try Snappy Driver Installer (SDI Lite). I have only used this software on custom built PCs. Never had a problem.

 

Don't know how well this software would work on an OEM PC. Proceed with extreme caution if you try this software. It may cause more harm than good if your PC is working okay at this time.

 

Back up data and/or create a system disk recovery image which you have verified works before trying SDI Lite.

 

It takes a while to learn how to use SDI. You would have to check Forums. 

 

You may not want to go there if your PC is okay.
