HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-d0230z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have two Pavilion all-in-ones.  This morning the keyboards don't work on either one.  I replaced the batteries, rebooted the computers, swapped keyboards, made sure the keyboards are within 30 cm, everything in the user guide troubleshooting section.  Nothing helps.  I'm using the on-screen keyboard to type this.  Help!

I agree, very unlucky. It turned out that although the keyboards looked identical, one had a dongle and the other was Bluetooth. I bought a Logitech keyboard but it had a different function key mapping and none of the Logitech tools would remap all of the keys. Later I put batteries ba, k in the HP keyboard and it worked. ????? Maybe some capacitance had to leak off?  Anyway thanks for the help.

Hello
to understand well !
you have a computer, all in one, and its keyboard no longer works
Do you have the same problem with the other computer , or did you try the keyboard with one then the other ?
My question is, if you have a visible dongle, and therefore tested with both computers, both keyboards on each computer..
Because if you have tried, without changing the dongle, this can also explain that it does not work
If both keyboards fail at the same time on both computers, that seems very unlucky to me.
still under warranty?
