hello recently i can no longer open my omen gaming hub via the button on my keyboard. The program also no longer wants to control my fans properly. The option to control them manually still works but nothing happens when I move the bar. I have brought it in to a helpdesk and they tought it was because off the dust and cooling past but that is all changed now and the problem is still there. 

 

Here i tried to put it on max but it kept the speed of 2700RPM

the Max function still works so it's just my automatic and manual functions that are having trouble

 

I also tried to redowload the OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package but it didn't change a thing
