My dad brought me a compaq elite 8300 but now it is not loading windows 10, there is problems with it constant blue screen. There was no disk windows 10, pro 64 bit for the computer as it was already installed on the computer we just had the product key.
the computer will not restart, or anything just comes up with contact support person and give them this code.......... Critical process died. I have tried many things as suggested by restarting , all the trouble shooting even the advanced options but with no joy. the screen is completely blue with white writing and keeps saying same message choose an option but every one i try nothing happens just restarts but then says your device ran into a problem please restart then preparing automatic repair then diagnosing your pc then your pc did not start correctly then back to options screen and Critical process died comes up again. I do not have a cd rom or dvd with windows 10 pro on please can you help i do have usb pen though i am not that computer whizz kid thanks Yours Mrs Tracy
