HP Compaq DC7900 BIOS setting

How to set BIOS to exlusively integrated graphics card ?  I would like to use PCIe X16 slot for something else (either M.2sata, or USB-3), but as soon as I put a card in it, monitor is gone.  The bios-writers decided to think everything is a video card.

 

In computers that allow deciding what graphics card to use, setting bios to integrated only, solves this man-made problem.
