hp pav desktop510--p170na loads win 10 butfreezes and mouse inop.went to start menu and test section.tried quick test and severe test.both showed a fail atshort dst check.failure id:9oal8x-8g19sk-xd4f6k-60uv03 hard drive 1.in the code i dont know if they are ooos or zeros!

Hi:
The 24 character code means that the hard drive needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.
Below is the link to the service guide which has the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 USB flash drive installer.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
