Hi @Baffled21,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've run a full diagnostic on your HP desktop and identified several "fatal" faults, the next steps depend on the diagnostic software you used and where it saves its reports. Here's a general guide:

Check Default Locations: Diagnostic reports are often saved in default directories. Look in folders such as "Documents," "Downloads," or specific folders related to the diagnostic tool you used.

Search for Files: If you're not sure where the report was saved, use your computer's search function to look for files created around the time you ran the diagnostic. Use keywords related to the diagnostic tool or the type of report you're looking for.

Check Diagnostic Tool Settings: Some diagnostic tools allow users to specify where reports are saved. Check the settings or preferences of the diagnostic tool to see if you can find the default save location.

Check Temporary Folders: Sometimes, diagnostic reports are temporarily stored in system or temporary folders. These folders may be hidden, so make sure you've enabled the option to view hidden files and folders in your file explorer settings.

Review Diagnostic Tool Documentation: If you're still unable to locate the report, consult the documentation or help resources for the diagnostic tool you used. They may provide specific guidance on where reports are saved or how to retrieve them.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
