drive C is almost totally full and drive D has very little creating manyj problems but I can't move

You can't move all from C: to 😧 because some files are belong to programs/applications.

If Drive 😧 is your Recovery drive, then the PC will not let you move files and folders there -- because doing so will corrupt the HP Recovery function.

Since you're running Win10,
