Drive C is full and very little in D
How can I fix? It says I need permission to move.

Please use the following setup to save all user files/data on 😧
You can't move all from C: to 😧 because some files are belong to programs/applications.

If Drive 😧 is your Recovery drive, then the PC will not let you move files and folders there -- because doing so will corrupt the HP Recovery function.
