You tell me.   :generic:

Reboot your computer, and see if the message has vanished, and if the "unable to connect" symptom also has vanished.

Open a command-line prompt, and type:

     CD \        then press ENTER.

     DIR ESRV.EXE /S /A    then press ENTER.

It will either say "file not found", or it will list the folder that contains that file.

What is the name of that folder?

What is the "full-path" of the folder-name?

For example, if I instead search for a different filename, I get:

Directory of C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client

C:\PROGRAM FILES\INTEL DRIVER UPDATE UTILITY\SUR\X64..

THANKS,

If you open Control Panel, and select Add/Remove Programs, and search for text like:   INTEL DRIVER UPDATE UTILITY

do you find it?  Can you select it, and "uninstall" it?
