I have an HP [text omitted to protect user privacy] desktop. I use exterior blu0ray burners to make copies of films I produce. Lately, even though I have purchased three different burners (LG, ASUS, and now Pioneer), the burning process freezes before completion. Would a driver help with this and, if so, which one?

You need proper burning software to CLOSE. All LG, Asus, Pioneer .... external burners come with a software to burn Blu-ray.

 

FYI, I do not burn BD's now and use mp4 files on external HDD's I am having sound problem with 8K MKV videos on Panasonic TV's . I have to convert and merge to be able to have sound.
