find laptop Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) number

There is no Board I found that seems to be for this question, so I apologize in advance for posting it incorrectly. 

I am trying to do the Risk Free Care Pack rebate. The form is asking for: Serial Number(s) of hardware the HP Care Pack Services were registered to and the SKU or product number of the HP Care Pack Services purchased: 

I looked on the original email. I have : Hardware Serial number, Hardware Prod Number and Purchase date. There is no SKU number given anywhere. Could you proved this so I can complete the form?

On the form it states:

A completed copy of the original claim form within 90 days after expiration of the HP Care Pack Service.

Hi:

Run the Windows system information app.

There will be a System SKU line in the report.

That is the notebook product number.
