Hi

KeyFinderInstaller will show your Licence/Activation Key.

If you are satisfied with having the correct key, then I suggest you download all the HP specific driers for your PC from...

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/  (or your local region)

and make a DVD/USB using the Microsoft Creator Tool to install 1709 version of W10.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

and a HOW2 is here...

If in doubt please ask.

Hi,

You do not need a product key. Winodws 10 will automatically activate once installed as long as you install the same version which was already on the PC (home or pro). So once installed and connected to internet you will see it will be nearly instantly activated.

After installation let Windows completely update and find all or most drivers for your PC. This can take some time and maybe a couple of reboots. You can follow the process by going into settings "Update and security" and clicking on Verify for updates. After all the updates go to device manager and see if there are any missing drivers which you can then download from the HP support page for your PC.
