OK, what you need to do is this...The product key in your notebook's BIOS is for W8 Single language, not W8.1 Pro, which is why the installation won't activate.
Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media, using another Windows PC, if yours is not working...You want the W8.1 Single Language 64 bit ISO file.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, use this generic key.
This is the generic key for W8.1 Single Language.

When you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space. Click Next, and W8.1 should begin to install.
If you had to enter the generic key, manually change the generic product key to the W8 key in your PC's BIOS in the PC settings menu.
After you get W8.1 installed, and you had to manually enter the W8.1 generic product key, you will need to run the Showkey plus utility I gave you the other day that will show you show the W8 product key in your PC's BIOS.
I have zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft tool which hopefully will transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so it is bootable.
Then you can install the available drivers and software from your PC's support page.

Hi:
The parts list for your PC indicates that it came with Windows 8, Single Language.
The W8 SL product key is in your PC's BIOS.
Here is how to install W8.1 Single language for free by using the W8 SL product key in your PC's BIOS...
Download the Windows 8.1 64 bit Single Language ISO file from the link below.

Did you have W10 on there before you replaced the hard drive?
If so, you can clean install W10 on the new hard drive by making bootable installation media at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
During the installation process, you will be asked what version of W10 you want to install.
Select W10 Single Language.
If you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet, since Microsoft has a record of your PC having been previously upgraded to W10.

Then you will need to reinstall W8.1 using the method I provided.
If you want to upgrade to W10, after you have installed W8.1, you may still be able to get the free upgrade even though the free period ended years ago.
See the info at the link below...
https://www.zdnet.com/article/heres-how-you-can-still-get-a-free-windows-10-upgrade/
If you want to try that, after you install W8.1, click on the blue Update Now button on the W10 media creation tool link I posted just before.

What version of Windows does the showkey plus report indicate?
I need to know that first. Do not post the product key. Just what the version of W8 is.
For example: This is what the showkey plus report has for my PC.
OEM Edition: Win 8.1 RTM Professional OEM:DM
