hey I don't know my papa hp desktop password  and he dead and my mom said I can have the computer (I'M NOT A KID OK)

You will have to reinstall the HP factory operating system if you don't know the password.

 

Please provide a Product Number to check if your PC qualifies for the HP Cloud Recovery option.

 

Or you can check if the PC can do a HP Cloud Recovery at this HP Site.

 

A clean W10 or W11 install option is available, if you are interested, if your PC can't do a HP Cloud Recovery.
