HP Recommended

while i was doing the bios update it just froze at 17% and i cant even turn it on.. what can i do?

This is not good. 

Did you first run diagnostics to verify that memory and disk drive were good?

Was the bios update recommended by Microsoft or did the HP Support Assistant recommend it?

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
