Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can I download "HP cloud Recovery Tool" to a usb drive (Flash) on my computer, the HP Pavilion 500-267c Model?  (64 bit versison) Some computers mmay not be available to use this download.

Hi:

 

Your PC is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool since it was made prior to 2016.

If you need to reinstall W10, you can make bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
