hp desktop is running slow, fan comes on a lot, hp support is no help,

my desktop seems to run slow,  its like i can only have one page open at a time or the fan comes on a lot,  hp is no help they want you to pay to join this friends thing to fix anything,   sometimes when i try to open something up it wont connect to the page says my internet is disconected and i know its not,
