hp omni 200 pc

Product Name: OMNI 200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a all in one HP OMNI 200 pc. The computer came with windows 7 but was upgraded to windows 10 about 6 months ago.   Was trying to do a recovery/reset and it froze up with the following message:

Recovery

Your PC /device needs to be repaired.  The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernal is missing or contains errors.

File:/windows/system32/ntoskrnl.exe

error code 0xc0000221

Since you have got the error while performing the recovery, it indicates that the recovery partition on your PC is corrupted to which you are unable to complete the same.

I recommend you to get in touch with phone support using the link below to order a recovery media which will help you fix the issue you have on your PC now.
