Pavilion x360 13-s150sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded Bios Update file for my Hp Pavilion X360 13-s150sa from https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96175.exe but its not running or showing anything when I double click on the file to Open. I needed to Create a bootable USB Drive and use it to recovery my Bios. Please help. Thanks in advance.

You say you are running Windows 10 -- but the HP BIOS updates are OS-version specific. So, unless this update is specifically for Windows 10, it is not going to run on your PC, no matter what you do.

Thanks for your reply. Bios for Hp Pavilionn x360 13-s150sa is only available for Windows 10 64 bit from hp support. I am using the same OS on my Computer. I also tried running the downloaded bios on Winndows 7 but nothing happened. I even tried opening  the .exe files the bios installer extracted at c:\SWSetup
