My system had the manufacturer recovery option to reset my computer to manufacturer state and it no longer is available and its grayed out. It used not not be grayed out and available but its longer is. When I reset the pc, the system would tell me that the installation was not complete. I am trying to use the manufacturer reset program because when I try to activate windows I cannot and I am trying to use the manufacturer setup method so I can get the windows activation key using the command prompt. I bought the pc and it came with some problems that I tried to fix as I did with other computers but this one has the key activation problem which I need to activate but must get it from the
