Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello i have a very old work station computer and i had a hurricane recently now the pc turned off and it power button went red a beeped a few times now when i try turning it on the fans will spin for a split second and then turn off the power button turns blue for a split second also. is there any way to fix this or is there any part needs to be replaces the mother board has a green solid light

update now when i unplug the power the power led goes red and i count about 4 beeps
