I downloaded the hardware diagnostics sp79421   rev. 6.3.2.0  UEFI but dont know how to use them

  • Is your computer working correctly or is there an issue with the computer?

For a start please click here for assistance on how to run the UEFI diagnostics on the computer. Please follow the option "Testing using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)" and also run the "Running the UEFI Component Tests"

If any component fails, it will display a failure code. That will mean the computer hardware is faulty and it needs to be repaired.
