Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Can not down load any files, pictures, new apps or programs, every time i try i get Failed virus scan even if it is something i created and try to download.

anyone help please this is getting so frustrating

I have Mcafee a free anti virus comes with my Broadband, all was ok up till a few weeks ago and now anything i try to download comes up with Virus scan Failed

Hi

Don't feel obliged to actually post fuller details.

Turn off the A/V temporarily and then consider.....

Changing  the Browser, and the A/V.
